Bei diesem Zertifizierungsaudit Stufe 1 und Stufe 2 unterstützen mich als Lead-Auditor weitere Auditoren. Bei Stufe 1 ein erfahrener und geschätzter Mitarbeiter der Zertifizierungsgesellschaft und bei Stufe 2 eine externe Co-Auditorin, die mich tatkräftig beim Audit unterstützt.
Da der Kunde Geschäftsprozesse optimiert und Informationssicherheit für ihn ebenfalls ein großes Thema ist, geht das Audit leicht von der Hand. In Stufe 1 des Zertifizierungsaudits wird die Dokumentenprüfung durchgeführt und die Bereitschaft für das Stufe 2 Audit geprüft. Bei der Stufe 2 auditieren wir die Wirksamkeit des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS). Die Prüfung gegen die internationale Norm ISO 27001 ist sehr umfangreich und im Gegensatz zu anderen Normen wird bei der ISO 27001 der Anhang A mit vielen weiteren Themen auditiert, die an unterschiedliche Bereiche, Abteilungen und Mitarbeiter adressiert sind.
