Heute halte ich ein Seminar zum Thema „Die neue EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (EU-DSGVO)“. Obwohl die DSGVO bereits seit fast einem Jahr umgesetzt werden muss, gibt es von Unternehmen und deren Mitarbeitern und Datenschutzbeauftragten weiterhin viele Fragen. Mit diesem Seminar werden diese Fragen beantwortet. Aktuelle Themen wie Datenschutz-Schulungen für Mitarbeiter, Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge (Art. 28 DSGVO), TOMs (Art. 32 DSGVO, Verarbeitungstätigkeiten (Art. 30 DSGVO), Informationspflichten (Art. 13 DSGVO), Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), oder Datenschutzfolgenabschätzungen (Art. 35 DSGVO) sind Inhalt dieses Seminars. Das Seminar hat mir und den Teilnehmern viel Spaß gemacht.

Today I am holding a seminar on „The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)“. Although the GDPR has already had to be implemented for almost a year, there are still many questions from companies and their employees and data protection officers. This seminar will answer these questions. Current topics such as data protection training for employees, order processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR), TOMs (Art. 32 GDPR, processing activities (Art. 30 GDPR), information obligations (Art. 13 GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), or data protection impact assessments (Art. 35 GDPR) are the content of this seminar. The seminar was a lot of fun for me and the participants.
