Dieses relativ schwierige Thema wird von der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung gefordert: ein Datenschutzmanagementsystem zu etablieren und aufrechtzuerhalten. Dazu sind heute meine Teilnehmer an die IHK in Heilbronn angereist. Zunächst wird die Forderung eines Datenschutzmanagementsystems dargelegt. Darauf folgen der Sinn und Zweck eines DSMS, sowie der Aufbau eines Managementsystems. Neben vielen anderen Themen wie Auditierung, Verschlagwortung und Zertifizierung wird auch konkret erläutert, wie mit dem DSMS gestartet werden kann. Dazu machen die Teilnehmer drei unterschiedliche Übungen, die sich in die Lage versetzen, ein neues Datenschutzmanagementsystem ins Unternehmen zu bringen oder an ein bestehendes zu integrieren. Es hat mir viel Spaß gemacht und den Teilnehmern hat es gefallen. This relatively difficult topic is required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation: to establish and maintain a data protection management system. My participants have travelled to the IHK in Heilbronn for this today. First, the requirement of a data protection management system is explained. This is followed by the meaning and purpose of a DSMS, as well as the structure of a management system. In addition to many other topics such as auditing, keywording and certification, it is also explained in concrete terms how to get started with the DSMS. To this end, the participants do three different exercises that enable them to bring a new data protection management system into the company or to integrate it with an existing one. It was a lot of fun and the participants enjoyed it.
