Bei diesem Kombiaudit werden unterschiedliche Standards auditiert: Zum einen die Informationssicherheit, und zum anderen das Qualitätsmanagement. Diese sind als Managementsysteme beim Kunden bereits etabliert und werden nach den Standards ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 27701 (DSMS) und ISO 9001 (QMS) geprüft. Wir arbeiten als Auditteam und teilen die unterschiedlichen Zeitfenster untereinander auf. Auf diese Weise kann die gesamte Auditzeit beim Kunden reduziert werden. Wer hat schon gerne Auditoren länger im Hause als notwendig? 😉
Aufgrund des Feiertags in der Mitte der Woche reisen wir dienstags ab und reisen am Mittwochabend wieder an, um am Donnerstag das Kombiaudit fortzuführen. Wir sammeln fleißig Nachweise und werden über Neuerungen bei der Begehung aufgeklärt. Dieses Mal ist ein Trainee dabei, der sich das Audit stillschweigend ansieht. Erst wenn der Trainee 11 Tage an Audits teilgenommen hat, kann er zum „Co-“ Auditor von der Zertifizierungsgesellschaft berufen werden. Es ist also noch ein kleiner-langer Weg bis zum berufenen Lead Auditor, denn bis dahin müssen noch weitere Audits als Co-Auditor durchgeführt werden. Und hier heißt es nicht „stillschweigend“, sondern aktive Teilnahme und den Lead unterstützen.
Das Kombiaudit hat viel Spaß gemacht und dem Trainee wünsche ich viel Erfolg auf seinem weiteren beruflichen Lebensweg.

ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 9001 surveillance audit in Nuremberg
Different standards are audited in this combined audit: On the one hand, information security, and on the other, quality management. These are already established as management systems at the customer and are audited in accordance with the ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 27701 (PIMS) and ISO 9001 (QMS) standards. We work as an audit team and divide up the different time slots between us. In this way, the total audit time at the customer’s premises can be reduced. Who likes to have auditors on site longer than necessary? 😉
Due to the public holiday in the middle of the week, we leave on Tuesday and return on Wednesday evening to continue the combined audit on Thursday. We diligently collect evidence and are briefed on innovations during the inspection. This time, a trainee is there to watch the audit in silence. Only when the trainee has participated in audits for 11 days can he or she be appointed as a „co-“ auditor by the certification organisation. So there is still a short, long way to go to become an appointed lead auditor, because until then, further audits have to be carried out as a co-auditor. And here it’s not a case of „silently“, but of active participation and supporting the lead.
The combined audit was a lot of fun and I wish the trainee every success in his future career.
