Bei diesem Audit in Neuss wurde das Thema Compliance auditiert. Wir haben im Team auditiert, was den Aufwand reduziert hat, da es viele Themen sind, die es für die Auditoren zu dokumentieren gilt. Die Prüfgrundlage ist die ISO 37301, sowie ein Hausstandard der Zertifizierungsgesellschaft. Diese ist jedoch der ISO 37301 sehr ähnlich und unterscheidet sich nur an wenigen Stellen. Beim Unternehmen ist Automat aufgestellt, in dem auch vegane Varianten angeboten wurden – sehr entgegenkommend für mich.
Das Audit verlief insgesamt über mehrere Tage und schloss mit der Abschlussbesprechung ab. Das Audit zum Thema Compliance hat mir viel Spaß gemacht und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für die gute Zusammenarbeit.
